This is from the official "moral police" in Jiddah in Saudi Arabia (the offical logo appears on top). It says:
"The most important characteristics of the `aba'at (garb) of Muslim woman
1. That it be thick, and not show what is underneath, and that it does not have the quality of stickiness; 2. that it be covering of all the body, and loose, not showing its features; 3. that it does not have ornaments that can attract glances, and this is why it should be devoid of drawings, writings, markings, and decorations; 4. that it does not resemble the clothes of infidel [women] or men; 5. that the `aba'at be put on the head first." (thanks Omar)
